


EMSCAP analyses how and when your sites use energy, then tests whether tariff, metering or operational changes could improve the outcome. Recommendations are based on site conditions and the cost of implementation.
We develop site and portfolio consumption and demand profiles, accounting for closures, renovations and operational changes. Seasonal trends, overnight loads, peaks and low load factors help identify sites for investigation. Comparisons use relevant operating hours, site size or activity measures where available.
Alternative retail and network structures are modelled against the same load data, with eligibility, demand windows, seasonal charges and metering requirements checked. Embedded-network and landlord arrangements receive a separate review of available data, charges and practical options.
We assess load shifting, peak management and operational improvements, alongside suitable opportunities such as voltage optimisation, solar PV, batteries, HVAC efficiency and heat recovery. Each shortlisted action includes costs, savings assumptions, payback, risks and sensitivity to future conditions.
A prioritised roadmap identifies approvals, supplier sourcing and delivery steps. Where commissioned, we support equipment requests for quotation and commercial evaluation, then agree how savings will be measured. Detailed design, installation and commissioning require a separately defined engineering scope.
