SECTOR APPLICATIONS

Sector experience, applied to the electrical evidence at your site

Industry knowledge helps identify likely loads, operational drivers and commissioning risks. It does not replace measurement. EMSCAP applies a common engineering process to each site's actual voltage profile, load mix and service requirements.

Retail, supermarkets and refrigeration

Map compressors, fans, heaters, lighting, HVAC, controls and trading schedules. Protect temperature compliance and compare periods using weather and operating adjustments where necessary.

Commercial property and offices

Coordinate base-building loads, tenant interfaces, HVAC, lighting, lifts, BMS, solar PV and NABERS-related performance workflows. Define the electrical and reporting boundary before promising an outcome.

Industrial and manufacturing

Understand process loads, motors, VSDs, heating, compressed air, production schedules and power-quality conditions. Maintain product quality, throughput and motor-starting performance.

Hospitality, clubs and venues

Account for occupancy, events, trading hours, kitchens, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting and critical services. Plan installation and testing around continuity requirements.

Education, government and public facilities

Address procurement governance, diverse building portfolios, reporting obligations, staged deployment and stakeholder approvals.

Critical and high-availability facilities

Use conservative voltage margins, explicit redundancy, fail-safe bypass, approved switching sequences and detailed acceptance testing. Suitability must be demonstrated, not assumed.
